Horween Shell Cordovan Watch Strap Ultra Edition

Hi! I'm SC-a craftsman specializes in leather watch straps and belts. Now I'm going to tell you the reasons you should spend money on this product:

+ Luxurious materials: This is an upgrade for the Horween Shell Cordovan watch straps in my shop. Typically, I use Zermatt leather for the lining; however, I’ve never been fully satisfied with this combination. Eventually, the Zermatt lining will wear out while the Shell Cordovan remains in excellent condition. By nature, the fiber structure of calfskin (Zermatt) is simply not as durable as that of Shell Cordovan.

Furthermore, thanks to Horween's superior tanning process, their Shell Cordovan boasts incredible longevity and performs exceptionally well under temperature fluctuations, moisture, and sweat—even without the specialized waterproof coating found on Zermatt.

That is why, for this 'Ultra Edition,' I am using Horween Shell Cordovan for both the top and bottom layers. I am currently wearing a 'full Shell Cordovan' strap on my sports watch every day for cycling. Despite being frequently 'soaked' in sweat, after more than a year of daily use, the strap remains in top-tier condition—no cracking, no drying out, and no unpleasant odors. I am confident that I will be using it for a very long time without ever worrying about the lining failing.

* The shape of the finished product depends on your requirements, the products on the photos are for reference only, not necessarily what you will receive.
* The Shell Cordovan for the lining will be a random selection from my current stock. If you request a specific color, there will be an additional fee.

*Color Notice!
Because shell cordovan is hand-dyed, the color of one batch of leather may differ slightly from another, being either slightly darker or lighter. Especially with shell cordovan pieces featuring the Marble effect from Horween or Rocado, the colors are very random, so the finished product may not always match the color shown in the sample image. If you have strict color requirements, I can send you additional photos or videos of the leather I have available before you make a purchase decision.
Due to variations in monitors, phone screens, camera settings, and lighting conditions, the actual color of the leather may appear slightly different from the photos. We do our best to represent colors accurately, but minor shade differences are normal and not considered a defect.
* TINY DOTS - The tiny dots are the natural hair follicles that can be seen within the Cordovan. The reason these can be visible is due to the process where Horween shave the shells from the underside of the skin (the flesh side) to properly expose the shell. There are times that shell shaving will expose the natural hair root of the hide. Horween tries to minimize this though it is a natural character of this unique product. Hair follicles are never considered a defect.
* Hardware:

+ Deployment clasp and buckle are available in black, silver, gold and rose gold color. (Showed in pictures)

4.5 - 5.0” wrist (115 - 127mm) = 100/60mm 
5.0 - 5.5” wrist (127 - 140mm) = 110/60mm
5.5 - 6.0” wrist (140 - 150mm) = 115/65mm
6.0 - 6.5” wrist (150 - 164mm) = 120/70mm
6.6 - 7.0” wrist (165 - 178mm) = 125/75mm
7.1 - 7.5” wrist (179 - 190mm) = 130/80mm
7.6 - 8.0” wrist (191 - 203mm) = 135/80mm
8.1 - 8.5” wrist (204 - 216mm) = 140/85mm
8.6 - 9.0” wrist (217 - 229mm) = 145/90mm
+ How many holes on the long side do you want? (Standard 7 holes) In case you want to use the original buckle/clasp of your watch, please let me know width of the tongue so I can punch buckle holes in right size (diameter of hole is usually at 2mm). You better send me some pictures of the case and buckle/clasp in Message for reference.

***Replacement Policy
Free Replacement (only if our fault)
We will replace free of charge (including shipping) if the strap:
• Has a manufacturing defect,
• Was damaged during shipping, or
• Clearly does not match the product description.
Conditions:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of the issue.
3. We will verify against our pre-shipment photos.
If confirmed as our mistake → We will make and ship a brand-new replacement strap completely free.
Before we ship the replacement, you must cut the original strap in half and send us a photo of the destroyed strap. No need to return it.
Not covered:
• Buyer’s change of mind or remorse
• Damage or marks caused by wear/customer use
• Wrong information provided by buyer
• Normal leather characteristics such as:
+Natural leather grain, light scars, old insect bites
+Variations in color and grain between different parts of the leather
+Rough texture with visible fibers
+Patina – the leather changes color over time with use (darkening and shining from sunlight, sweat, or hand oils) – this is a beautiful feature of premium leather, not a defect.
+Strong natural leather smell initially
+Light creases when folded or bent (crease marks) – genuine leather develops folds with use, becoming softer and more beautiful over time.
+Signs of handcrafting (slight variations in handmade stitches, burnished edges that are not 100% perfect)
